Product Description

A Cooling Pad is a device that uses the heat in the air to evaporate water from plants and other wetted surfaces and can be used to cool the greenhouse down to 10 to 20' F or more from the outdoor temperature. Throughout the operation, water is continually pumped over and through the pad cells. Some of the moisture evaporates into the air stream as air passes over the wet pad surfaces. Heat is withdrawn from the air during this Cooling Pad process and the air leaves the pads at a lower temperature with higher moisture content.
