This Poly Film manufacturing process starts with melting down small plastic pellets until they become molten and pliable. The molten plastic is pushed through a circular die to form a continuous tube of plastic called the bubble. It is made from ethylene, a hydrocarbon that is mainly obtained from natural gas or petroleum. This is most often provided in rolls that exhibit excellent tape adhesion and lightweight durability. Poly Film is commonly used as a protective barrier in applications such as concrete, exterminating, pest control, waterproofing, painting, and renovations.
